Great hotel experience

I thought that many of recent reviews have been very harsh. The redecorated rooms is fabulous, with wonderful hot showers. There is variety of food, at lunch I wanted something more than a snack and I tried the restaurant. Drink quality for an all inclusive hotel is good and the staff were helpful.

This hotel is located very close to the beach. There were a few bars and restaurants nearby. I needed about 20 minutes to walk into town. It was easy to go for a swim to the ocean.

The hotel had a quiet atmosphere with multi national guests. I found that the Wi-Fi was good. I could stream films with no issues. I was able to keep in touch with my family because of the wi-fi.

I found the location to be great for exploring the area. Every room includes a balcony where I spent many evenings. The entertainer Enzo had a lot of energy. I was always very happy to see him. José was a great barman too. I enjoyed his service at the pool bar.
I noticed that the pillows in the room were a bit flat for my liking.

The hotel has a nice pool bar and pool area where guests can relax and enjoy drinks. The hotel offers entertainment including games at the pool during the day and a show in the evening. The hotel also provides easy access to the nearby beach.

I found great gluten-free choices available with clear allergen labels on all food. There was gluten-free bread at breakfast and gluten-free pizzas for lunch and dinner. The restaurant staff gladly heated my gluten-free burger bun and prepared a special burger for me.

the room got a nice update recently. i stayed in a twin room and it had two separate beds which i loved. the hotel location is great and very close to the beach.
the pool got limited sunbeds. it gets very crowded, and it was hard to find a place to sit. more sunbeds are needed.

the restaurant was clean and spacious. the food at breakfast had a lot of options and was fresh. dinner was even better and i added an extra night to experience it again since it was affordable.
